Peppermint Oil is beneficial for headache, muscle pain, nerve pain, and joint conditions. Peppermint Oil vapor is sometimes inhaled to treat symptoms of colds and coughs. Many toothpastes have this oil in it because the oil soothes dental inflammation and prevent bad breath.
